Reservation & Payment Policies
- Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival.
- To make changes to your reservation please call (928)202-3230 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
Refund Policy:
- Once your reservation is made if you verbally cancel anytime before 48 hours of your arrival date you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee.
- Cancellations less than 48 hour of your arrival date will not receive a refund.
